So I accidentally deleted my Farm Pass reward barn (not even gonna go into it). Trying to place a new barn in that spot and the following happens when I try to view the barn to decide the orientation. My computer?

I moved your post to the thread about missing items. What exactly is the name on that barn?

I don't remember but I don't see the item anywhere in my storage. I'm almost 100% sure it was a Farm Pass reward though. I filtered the search by both Farm Pass and Buildings.



ETA: It's "farmhouse" and I found it. Not sure why I didn't see it earlier. If you want to have a look, it's on 13/Dairy Farm

my Farms 1 & 2 were upgraded to 60x60 and planted with trees overlapping flowers. 100% of the fields were planted with flowers (e.g. 60x60 fields of flowers). ALL types of flowers that the game has were used. Now, both farms are only showing ~ 1/2 of the flowers I purchased to fill the farms. Farm Pass & Farm Pass 2 keeps wanting me to harvest only the flowers that are missing (like the game knows what flowers I still have and which ones disappeared). I have pictures of the farms but have no way to attach them and don't have a URL website to post pictures on.

Hi James,
We do not need pictures as we can go look at those farms. When you layer like that with flower, trees and waters then you run the risk of things disappearing because trees and flowers both take only 1 square and you are placing 2 things in the same space which can cause them to disappear.
We can not do anything about restoring those or refund any coins to you through the forums.
You will need to contact Support concerning this by sending them an email at support@slashkey.com and be sure you include your farm account ID. If you know what flowers are missing I would list them in the email.
