Please check your date and time in your computer, if they are off, then this kind of problems can happen.

If you are using a saved link in your computer to load the game, please do not use it and instead use this link and type your credentials:

You can also try to run memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have it open. Then reopen your farms.

I have a recurring issue. I disabled the fried fish in the Dominican restaurant. I came back on tonight and it is enabled again. I again unchecked it and when I refreshed, it was checked again. I did a memcached and cleared my cache. Any ideas on what is going on? I've never had this happen before. Oh, it's part of a chain, if that matters. I have disabled other things in chains without issue.

Hi VeraN

If that facility is part of a chain then that means you have at least 2 of that same facility.

In that case when you uncheck a product from one of the facilities, it applies to all facilities of the same type you own.

If you uncheck a product from a facility and then put a check mark to the same product in the other facility, then that product is again checked in both facilities.

Right. I uncheck it in just one. Then, when I log out and log back in, the item is checked again.

There is a limit on how many items you can uncheck in your facilities, when you reach this limit this kind of problems can happen.

Please consider that if you are also unchecking facilities, then all their products are deselecting.

You can try selecting some facilities back and reload the game. Then try unchecking only the product from the restaurant and see if that works for you.

I was just looking through the facilities in the store. It didn't seem to be showing me that I had purchased certain facilities. Shouldn't it be telling me "duplicate"? The game DOES tell me only one of each facility can be on a farm.

I moved your post to the thread about Facilities and Facility Manager.

The Duplicate button in the Store is only for Farm Cash Tools.

If you go to the Store and want to know which facilities you own or not, then you have to use the filters.

Set the A/Z filter to Alphabetically.

Then set the funnel filter to Not Owned if you want to see all facilities you do not own yet.

OR

Set the funnel filter to Not in this Farm if you want to see only the facilities you do not have in that particular farm.

The filter Owned will show you all facilities you have already purchased.
