HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

Hi Country Girl,
I moved your post to the subject thread about HTML errors.
Please make sure your browser is up to date. Both Chrome and Firefox have had recent updates.
Some do get errors when trying to work on layered farms. The developers have not worked on anything for that as yet, since they are working on getting the other functions back into the farms. We do not know what they will do for the layering or if they can.
As long as you are able to get back into your farms then there isn't anything to do about this for now.
I will copy your post to the closed thread for the developers to look at that might help them find and fix the problem.

Thank You. You have no idea how hard it is for me to figure things out on here. Never know where to post so thanks for helping me and moving it to where it should be.

Everything is up to date on may computer. Browser cache and memcache done as well. I use Safari and at times Chrome. Usually it has been happening on Safari and I just reboot the game. But it will be a problem when we are hired at the market in the future if the feature to get us back to the employer who hired us is not working.

my neighbors photos disapeared it is just white again today and my facilty manager has grayed out .it has been like this since i started loading farmtown without climbing on a tractor showing.it is just loading the farm fast not showing the climbing on tractor anymore

How are you going to get into your farms? This sounds like you are using an older saved link to get to your farms. Please use the link in the shortcuts on your Facebook home page or the Play FarmTown button at the top of the forums.

i updated all the links that i had on google chrome over my farm after the change on jan 12th. also went in using facebook farmtown short cut it has been showing climbing on tractor until today.it loading very fast .only thing missing is neighbors and facilty manager.i can load my other
farms

Hi Mom Glenda,
There have been many updates since Jan 12th. Back then the links showed a build number. We do not have the build number in the links to your farms now. The only ones for sure that should be correct are the ones on your Facebook home page in the left column Shortcuts section or the button at the top of the forums. Try the one at the top of the forums and see if it works right. Or try the following one:

Hi Mom Glenda,
Did you try the one I posted?
Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

If that doesn't fix it then clear your browser cache, close your browser , the reload your farms using the one on the left side of your Facebook home page. It will take longer to load the first time after this as all the graphics need to be downbloaded again.

yes i tryed the one you posted and i cleared the browser time i seen it gone plus i did the memcache 3 times . i finally got it back by reloading the game 10 times time it loaded i just kept loading until it showed climbing on tractor again neighbors showed again facilty manager is back .maybe this want happen again.thanks for being nice to me and helping me
