Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

If that doesn't get you past the black screen please try clearing your browser cache, close your browser and then reopen your farms. It will be slower loading the first time as it will have to download all the graphics again. Instructions if you need them are in the following link:

My home button has stopped working. If I go to another farm, when I click on the home button, it shows me the other person's farms, instead of mine. I have to click on send guests or my requests to get off of that person's farm, then if I refresh I am able to go back to my farm.

I just tried it and no problems. It took me to my own farm that I selected? Did you try clicking on one of the farms to see where it took you to or maybe the last or default parts at the bottom?


We just got the ability to select which of our farms we want to return to.


If it is taking you to one of the neighbor's farms please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

I cleared the memcache and everything is working properly, it must have just been a glitch. Thanks for your help.

I am stuck on the black screen also -- it was working fine an hour or two ago, now I cannot get on the farm. I can go to my gift requests, but cannot load my farm nor anyone elses for work. I already cleared browser, memcache, reloaded, shut down and reopened etc. Nothing is working. Leaving shortly for work.... This is what is under the black screen:

Hi Queen of Clutter,
Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also make sure your browser is updated as sometimes they do not automatically update.

You might try another updated browser to see if it still gives you the same errors.

I'm really tired of getting booted! I do all the tricks you say, and since yesterday it's crashing almost constantly if I do anything more than tiny farms!

We do not know what things you have tried so I will probably ask you to try things you have already done.

Be sure your browser is up to date and also if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac if you use it.

Also, go to the first post, first page of this thread where you will find the requirements for your computer.

I've gone through all of your requirements and suggestions, believe me I have tried to stop this! It was bad before, but starting yesterday even sending a message gets me booted!
