Is her default farm called Blue Spruce Acres and has cucumber planted on it?

Please ask her for her USER ID and the username she picked for the forum so we can check we are looking at the right account.

It's looking like this may not be the first attempt to register that account on the forum.

It is also the one that my friend Paula says is gone from her neighbor list. She tries to send ships there but game says port is deleted. Its not.

There is a previous registration try, that the email in it is the one to that account. That is Jo57. How about we set that one to registered since it is linked to the account in question?

If the account is missing from her neighbors list then she will need to readd her. We can not do that for you.

Ok on the acct I manage, disappearing from my friend's acct, she said this to me.
"[Paula - Sat 21 - 9:44 PM] not sure what you meant by "your port?" as note's a bit old now but yep her ship came to my port but I can't send to her s it says it's been deleted"
It almost sounds as if her acct thinks my managed acct got deleted. It didn't. I am not sure what to do as nothing we tried thru the messages worked.

Hello,

I added a new FB friend a few days ago. When I try to work her posts it tells me, they're only for friends. I also can't find her in my farm list, where it shows your neighbors and buddies.

She unfriended me to see if that would work but it didn't.

What else can I/we try?
