Then it could be for any of the reasons I told you in the previous post.

Not all farmers fill or refill their facilities the same way we do, or they could be short of some products and not all facilities are full at 100%.
As you see there are many options on why their post is not turning pink.
If you wish you could ask them about this and see what they say.

I work their facilities which are full and it stays white.

Hello, Just went to run all the wall requests for the first time in over a week. When I opened up the requests it is acting like I do not have any of the tools , even though I have had them all for quite some time. What gives?

You mean that you can't work your friend facilities in all farms?

If so, to let the Mayor work all facilities in all farms you need 2 trains dispatched with at least 10 farm cash cars in each train.
In that case you can click in each link for regular facilities and service facilities individually.

If you have 4 dispatched train with at least 10 farm cash cars in each train, then you will see a a link in the middle of the regular and services posts and you will be able to work all facilities and services at the same time.

Please check that your trains are dispatched and the amount of farm cash cars in each one.

For the last week or so, I've been having an issue when I am hired by my neighbors to work in their facilities. It takes an incredibly long time to get to their farms. Then, when I arrive and click on "okay, I'll get started" and then "Sure, take me there", 9 times out of 10, it just says "saving" and I am never taken to the facilities to work. This used to happen every so often, now it is more times than not. Sometimes I never get to the point where I can work in the facility.

Similarly, on my own farm, when I click on a facility in order to start production, instead of getting loading facilities, many times I get the "saving" message instead. It may take several times to get the facility to load.

Overall, the game is very slow and it takes a long time to get from farm to farm or to get to my neighbors farm. Is there something going on since the most recent update?

I moved your post to the thread about wall request issues:
Be sure your browser and operation system are up to date. After any update it is always better to restart your computer.

If nothing works for you, then it could be an internet problem somewhere between you and the game servers that is causing data to be lost or slow transferring which would give you the "saving" indication. Between you and the servers are many links that the data for the game has to travel through to get to and from the server. Any one of those links having a problem or heavy traffic can cause slowed down or lost data transfer.
Unfortunately we hhave no control or way to check those internet links. If this is the case then all you can do is wait and hope whoever is having the problem gets it fixed.

The facility posts for my Neighbors have been "pinked out" all day, even though I haven't worked their facilities today. I worked a few late last night and worked one this morning, but something is definitely wrong. My Neighbors have been working mine, so this might just be a ME problem. Can you help?

Hi susanc

If you want to rework your friends facilities, you need to stop working them for 8 hours.
If you enter the game and work someone facilities 1 second before the 8 hours have past, then all times will revert to 8 hours. That has always been the rule.

This does not affect your friends working yours.

To be sure if you can rework their facilities, before starting working them, load your farms and click in the yellow tool box.
Then click in the Show times icon (the clock)

Under Gamewide check the times showing up for Rework Regular facilities and Rework Service Facilities.
You will have to wait that time without working any other facilities, to be able to rework all facilities again.

If you click on Friends on the right side then you have several more options. Beyond that it is a Facebook posting pop up and the game has no control over that.

Sorry! I wasn't fast enough to delete my post. I just confirmed it's Facebook's issue. It was the same way for an article I tried to share to a group. I don't know WHY they did that. Facebook just can't leave ANYTHING alone!
