OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

How would I do that? My computer is pretty new. Got it on July 20th. Been playing the game just fine on it until about 4 or 5 days ago.

Which browser are you using?

Right now I'm using Edge, but I tried it on Chrome as well.

Ok,

For Edge:

Click in the 3 dots in the upper right corner.
Then click in Settings.
On the new page, on the left, click in About Microsoft Edge.

If Edge is updated it will tell you.
If not, then Edge will update and will ask you to restart.

For Chrome:

Click in the 3 dots in the upper right corner
Hover your mouse on Help from the menu
You will see a new menu on the left
Click in About Google Chrome.

If Chrome is uptades it will tell you.
If not, then Chrome will update and will ask you to restart.


If you have any pending update for Windows, you will see a yellow dot when you try to close your computer.
It is better to Update and Restart.

Hi abilliot,
What about your Windows. Even though you got it July 20th, that does not mean and they usually are not up to date. Windows does updates nearly always once a week.

Hi Elna Francis

You have posted this error a few times and the last time we asked you to contact Support, did you do that?

Which browser and OS are you using?
Are they up to date?

If not please do all the updates and then close and restart your computer.

Also, I have hidden all Show.... items in your preferences, the wrench. So when you can load the farm again, you have to put a tick in all of them again.

You do not have a check mark for Compressed Graphics option in your preferences, so I suggest you to get it checked.

the 2 attached files are the errors i am getting.

i was playing farmtown when my computer stopped responding.

i closed all down and rebooted.

after loging into FT i started getting this error.

i have removed Google Chrome and reloaded it, enabled all the WebGL features, but still the same.

i have tried Edge and everything works fine, until i try to send gifts.
when i select the FT Friends, then another error appears, something about "not linked"

my USER ID number is: 1381993178 Build No: 352
i have the latest Chrome version
