The ones you have seen "grow" are because someone used a dirt path to put something in them not because the basket grow something. My guess as to when the baskets grow is Valentines day.

Sadly no they don't read the posts. Now with this where the answer is buried I can kinda understand but in the help sections when the answer is in the first post that is a different story. Maybe a mods needs to edit the first post in this thread to say the baskets do grow maybe that will stop some of the questions.
