No, this is not possible. Flowers die if not watered, but return to their glory in the first water once they've died. This means you can always bring back dead flowers by simply re-watering them!
Even if you select "Freeze growth" the flower still needs to be watered. The only thing you achieve by freezing growth is stopping it's growth potential. If you want to watch your roses in bulbs rather than in full bloom, you can freeze them at the stage of bulbing, however, the flowers are always in need of water. Remember that when you unfreeze of growth of a flower, it always returns to the stage of bulb and the growing process begins from day one again. Last edited by Telegraphs; Apr 03 2010 at 07:43 AM. |

When you move a flower it returns to the first stage of growth. This is a small glitch, just reload the game and your plants will revert to the growth stage at which they were before you moved them.

When you plow or seed your fields you should note that it may be harder if flowers are close by.
To resolve this problem, click the wrench tool and choose to hide the flowers. Once you're done you can tick "show flowers" to bring them back to your farm! You can also click each individual flower and use the "Hide" option from the menu that opens when you click on a flower. You'll need to go to the market and come back again to see the flower again - if you have lost of flowers it's easier to hide them all with the wrench tool. Remember: Hide an individual flower = need to reload farm by going to the market or elsewhere. Hide all flowers = need to show them again under the wrench tool.
