New Release -- September 1st, 2010

Is anyone having trouble selecting a farm to go to while on their other farm, and selecting to go into offline mode also having trouble selecting a crop to plant.... it flashes on me.... have cleared cache and rebooted my pc... nothing seems to help. is this an isolated crazy thing happening?? clearing my cache is no easy thing it takes long and considered effort reloads to get back to FT because of using a dial up access... but i have done it twice since 4:30 am and it is not helping...

ok I lied. I cleared cache again.... and still no help this time i vacuumed my house while i waited for it to finally load again.. not going through that a 4th time.. still no help........ grrrrrrrrr......

I'm sorry I know how frustrating that stuff can be. I am personally having no trouble with mine, LOL not that, that means anything. The only other thing if it were me is I would, if you have not done so, first completely turn computer off for at least a couple minutes, then immediately go to where your cache is and manually delete everything in the folder. It does not always clear everything by clicking the clear button. In fact it is usually something causing trouble that hangs up in there. Do it in that order though! VERY important.

If you log in from another PC then you can confirm if it is the game or your PC.

I did a major delete on everything temp file on my pc.. removed flash from the adobe site and reinstalled...... when you delete it from their site it removes all stored flash files...... did a manual delete on all temp files.... no help..... i can not even send anything into production in all of my facilities... this is a major pain......

Hi Sunny, check your preference settings and make sure there is a tick beside "Show decoration" for me please.

YAY i fixed it.. deleted the cdn.slashkey.com file....... finally ....... grrrrrrrr spent 1/4 of my day on this stupid thing......

sorry, I would have suggested that earlier but I thought it was one of the things you'd already tried! Clearing browser cache is usually my first suggestion, flash cache second. Oh well, you got it working again!

AWWW Lavenda your so sweet... I honestly can't believe I hadn't done that when a flash came in my silly head to do it... LOL it's one of the fail safe things to do on this game with windows version xp and 95 duh me lol
