Hi Sadsu

We have to wait for the developers to fix the issue with C20.

Meanwhile you can work your farms off line same as your Super Neighbors.

I have just loaded your farms and having no problems staying connected.
Your language settings for the game look fine.

If you are still having problems with connection to servers, please go to the first post on page one and check if there is anything listed there that you have not tried yet. Here's the link to that post:

I'm having problems when trying to switch farms it just keeps freezing on me every time with the small "Loading Farm" box on the screen. Sometimes I can switch to 2 or 3 different farms then it freezes again, can someone help? I cleared everything, browser is up to date, ect. I can't plant, harvest or anything it keeps freezing and I have to keep refreshing the game, but still freezing.

Hi Matrix,
Make sure you don't have any programs running in the background or a lot of other tabs open in your browser.
Make sure your computer is up to date as well as that can affect the game.
It could just be an internet problem somewhere between you and the servers that is causing a slow down of the data transfer or some data not getting through which would cause a freeze. Unfortunately we have no control over all those links in between the servers and you.

Thanks for your response Taz but everything is the same since I started playing in 2009 I think it was. It was working fine yesterday but not today. Internet is fine with no problems there. Windows is up to date. Nothing different then normal, so don't know why I'm having problems.

Hi Matrix,
Your internet between you and your ISP may be fine, but there are many links between you and the Facebook app servers and many more between there and the Farm Town servers. Any one of those links could be having problems or an overload of traffic and you or we will never know because we have no way of monitoring those.

Nothing is the same since 2009. You have 44 farms now instead of 1, lots of facilities, trees, flowers, and layered. Additionally I am sure you have replaced your computer since then as well as Farm Town having to be completely rewritten to a new language.

I meant I am not doing anything different then I have for several years and Sure not doing anything different then I was yesterday, last week and last month and it was working fine then. Anyway the internet seems fine too, but I will try it again tomorrow and see what happens.

Hi Matrix,
Your local internet may be fine and running at top speed, but you have no way of knowing what is going on beyond that. It can be fine one minute and the next something has slowed down or stopped the data going through correctly. We have no way to know what it causing it nor can we fix it as it is different for everyone.

All I can tell you is you are the only one reporting this and we are not having any problem with the game. The servers are responding correctly. The only thing you can do is wait it out until whoever is having the problem causing you to freeze can correct it and get the data flowing properly again. There is nothing we can do for this.
