OFFICIAL Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

Don't know where to post this. About a week ago FT window popped up saying something about not connected to FT server, changing servers. I was able to continue playing the game but there are far fewer people clicking on my Facility Manager links (I used to get between 1 billion and 3 billion twice daily, now I'm not breaking 500 million). HOW DO I change servers back to the one that had more farmers clicking my links?

What server you are on has nothing to do with whether your neighbors work your facility posts.They are all still your neighbors and buddies and will see your posts on their Wall Requests.

I have not been able to access my farms since 6 October 2023, after decades of playing and surviving the migration to slashkey.com, please help me decipher why but telling me what the error messages mean?
I'm on a desktop computer, and can't seem to find anyone that can tell me what these messages mean or how I can get back on my farms?

Hi Bumfy,
I was able to load your farms without any problems.

Please make sure your computer system and browser are updated. If you have to do any updates make sure you restart your computer for those to take affect.

Hi Valerie Lyn,
You were in your farms 3 days ago and unloaded a train. What are you seeing when you try to enter your farms?


Make sure your browser and computer are updated. If you do update either of those please make sure you restart your computer after doing those so the changes will take affect.


I was able to load your farms quickly and all ok.

Yesterday when I tried to log into my Farms I got this message;
2023-11-06 23:18:54.383 ERRORUnable to load file https://cdn.slashkey.com/flash/farm/...ramework.js.gz! Check that the file exists on the remote server. (also check browser Console and Devtools Network tab to debug).

What should I now do? Would love to be able to continue playing Farmtown.

Have you checked to make sure your computer and browser are updated?

I have the same problem, but it's only at night after 8. Last night the same problem and this morning load normal.

Did what you suggest and still not loading.
Did a defrag and optimization as well. Nothing help.
Funny that it's only at night (South Africa) During the day everything is fine.

I just loaded your farms without problems and Im in Argentina.

It sounds as an internet problem as you only get it at night.
There are many links between you and the Farm Town servers. If any of those links is down or has heavy traficc then is slowing down your data transfer. Unfortunately we have no control over those links.
