OFFICIAL Problems with Receiving-sending-exchanging Gifts

My problem is with the MYSPACE VERSION of Farmtown. I cannot send gifts or neighbor request. I cannot get new neighbors. I tried creating a new player by making a new myspace and I cannot add players as neighborsthere, as well. I get the same response. OOps! there was a problem fulfilling your request. Does not matter which browser I use. Everything is updated and all the cookies have been dipped in milk and deleted. please help. The same problem is affecting all of my current neighbors. I was offline for a month so accumulated 60-70 gift requests from my neighbors. I can exchange them in the My Requests section of the game but can't then accept them or return a gift from there. None of the accept/send buttons work no matter what, but the ignore button does.

The only way I can accept gifts is through the Facebook Application Requests page, but when I use that the gift-received page disappears before I can exchange or return the gift! Very frustrating because I end up with things I don't need & have to use the list feature to return one type of gift to everyone.

My caches were emptied, etc. & I emptied out my requests completely, making sure they cleared from both request areas. I went in clean again today. I still have the same problem with only 4 gifts in my requests area. Some help would be much appreciated.

My gifts are disappearing after I click on them. I have lost many hens & cows due to this problem. :-( Help! I also have some other friends that are having the same problem. Don't know if it's a FB problem or a FT problem. Thanks for looking into this.

Try a different browser and see if they work for you to accept them through the My Requests.

I tried a different browser and I'm still losing gifts. Sometimes it looks like I have picked them up, but they are still there when I go back and they are not in my gift box. Other times, they vaporize. :-( Very frustrating. This all happened since they upped the limit on the animal sheds. Are the gifts being overworked?

Switching browsers worked for me (thanks again!!), went from Chrome to IE (which I hate to use). Hopefully that unstuck whatever was glitchy with Chrome, otherwise I will try reinstalling Chrome, unless its not working properly with the game right now.

For two days now I have not been able to send gifts using the Friends List. When start to choose my neighbors, the window enlarges so that I cannot even see the send button. Any suggestions? Thanks.

To see the send button, sometimes you can use the <tab> button a few times and the screen will move enough to see the button or you can try to use a different browser like IE for gift giving.

I have been losing gifts. If I accept 6 I usually get only 4 or 5.
I do exchange gifts for what I want. This has been happening to me for about a month. If I have 12 accept 6 other 6 are gone when I go back to claim them. They are less than 24 hours old. Any ideas..
