This is happening to me too, just started this evening. My first thought is that a new release is coming soon and things sometimes get messed up a bit prior to the release as they test the new stuff. I will wait and see for the next day or so.

I was in the ER for 16 hours, had recoup time at home, have not been on FT at all except for sending a few messages and I am getting that message also. It has never happened before. (I was off pc for 24 hours, so the oops should not be happening at all)

I have a friend trying to do FP by working my service facilities. Work and service facilities are all highlighted even though she only clicked on service facilities to workp and when she tries to work farms that the service facilities are on ,it tells her she has already worked those facilities even though she hasn't done them for 24 hours...She tried working the work ones which of course came up oops as that is not what she clicked on the wall. Just bringing it to your attention

I moved your post to the thread where we have several other reports about this. It has been reported to the developers. We don't know what is causing it.

I also experienced several "Oops already done" today whilst working facilities given that it was at (my) 2pm and I last worked facilities about 9-10pm the night before it wasn't an issue I should have experienced myself. Also I noticed it seemed like it was most likely to happen with the first farm or at least the first farm the mayor worked (since he works the farms usually in their created order and not necessarily how we organize them).
Also worth noting I saw some farms actually said "0 stored" which is bizarre? lol

Hi everyone, I'm in the UK, just logging into the game for the first time today and I can't help out with service facilities, I have 2 accounts and it's not working for either, using Chrome and Edge. Like others I'm getting the oops message.

The only thing happening bizarre on my farms is when I go to work facilities ..it says the mayor has already helped you with these facilities today. This is strange because I hadn't been on FT for over 12 hours and some people had just posted for the first time after being away, so there is no way I had already done them (plus I have a list of farmers and cross off when I do their facilities,....so I know I haven't done them)

I think it is possible that even though we are posting both regular and service facilities separately, it is reading that both might be being worked together on both posts causing the oops.

Hi All,

The developers have been notified of this. They are working on something for the working of facility posts and it appears part of that got released to all when it shouldn't have been.


For those who have posted their problem here with this we need to know how many trains you have with 10 cars and dispatched for working the facilities. This will help the developers find the problem. Thank you.
