Hi, Taz! I wanted to update this.

I did all that stuff and thought it solved the problem, but it didn't.

But I think I've figured it out? I had plenty of red ink for THAT facility, but not enough over all. So I added many, many ink factories. Now that I have an abundance of red ink for ALL the facilities that require it, my quilt factories are at 100%

I've seen this off and on before. Is it the case that if you don't have enough of an ingredient for the facility or facilities higher up in the production chain, it will not use it for the lower ones? Hope that makes sense!

Or am I overthinking it? Thanks!

When working my neighbors farms in farm request. It is holding old request up to 3 days it never us to do that. Can you please fix it i have several facilities and working my neighbors farms help fill them. I also have several neighbors.

Hi Tammy

Please check the 2 options you have in the Facility wall requests.
The first one you would have it checked.

But the second option if it is checked then will ONLY show posts from the last farmers who worked your facilities. So it is better to have it unchecked.

If that is not the problem then please contact Support team. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Hello, i am sending this information for about the fourth time maybe more.

not all of my facilities fill when using the facilities manager. the person who i have sent this to answered me and said my farm was working fine (which it is not) nor have i had an answer to my other several requests sent on the same subject.

i use the facilities manager and then i go and clear my mecache (everytime) and get an additional 2 million or more starts. i then sort by utilization and go to the bottom of the sort and i still have factories that don't fill. (todays example is window cleaning supplies) when i. check the materials needed i have all that are needed.

Please please please help me with this problem.

Hi Gkersjes,
I moved your post to the thread about facilities and facility manager.
What happens when try starting that facility from the Start all in the facility itself?
Does that facility have a check in the box for it in the facility manager?
Do all the products in the facility have checks in each of their boxes?
Have you tried starting each individual product within the facility to see if any ingredient shows as short?


As you have already been directed to Support and been working with them then you need to work with them. There is nothing we can do to solve this for you through the forums.

It is possible to see a list of all farm cash facilities that you have purchased.
I feel sure that I have purchased more than 1 deli, but there is only 1 showing up in the facility manager.
I wanted to check to see if I was correct.

Hi Enigmacross,

The Farm Cash Activity log which you can check for yourself will only let you see back about 6 months.

We have checked your data much further back. We are not seeing a missing Deli and we can see that you only purchased one of them.
