I have been trying to get in since 0830. 1/24/21
Refreshed several times. Black screen with white.

Your previous information was copied into a closed thread in H&S which is monitoring by the developers. Have you disabled Malwarebytes to check if there is a change for your loading problem? Remember to close and restart after desabling it.
If nothing changes then you can add Malwarebytes again.

Which browser are you using now? Is it updated?

Also, check if there is any update for Windows, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions.

I didn't know about the malwarebytes since I was using torrent prior. Disabled that, cleared the cache ect. rebooted. Here's what I got besides the pop-up about narrative.

As I told you in a previous post your information was copied to a closed thread in H&S, please be patient while the developers continue working trying to find a solution.

Please check to be sure your browser is updated and also clear the browser cache. Then restart and see if your game loads.

Also check if there is any update for Windows, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. If there is an update, again close and restart.

Please try the following:

Check for any update for Windows, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. When you are done, restart your computer.

After that, if you game still doesnt load then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

http://r1.slashkey.com/forum/announcement.php?f=1

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.

I don't know if I can post this question here, but I have looked and cannot find a place. My user ID# is 1117244561 My farm loads slow but is loads. I always hire someone to work my farms and I have very few of the ex'd tools to work with, I can't get to the hiring market and my crops that I planted are wasted. I am just waiting because when I tried to harvest them, It was so slow with the reg. tools, I got frustrated before I could get them harvested. I am now trying to fish, my boat is usually a very fast boat but not any more. It takes for ever to finish one farms fishing. I have been staying away from FT hoping that maybe the next time I check it will be ok. Please try the following and see if it helps you:

- Check for any update for Windows, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. When you are done, restart your computer.

- Clear your browser cache, take in mind that after the clearing the game will load slower, it could take 5 minutes or more, as all graphics have to be loaded again.

- Check your browser is updated.
