Your post was moved to the HTML5 thread.

If you are not able to load the game please check if there is any update for Windows, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.


After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.

If you can't open the FT Console watch the "U" number in the upper right corner of your farms for the last number shown.

Also if you go to the first post, first page of this thread, there are stept to let you check your computer.

Hi Goarge,
I have moved your previous posts to the Game Migration Updates since you are able to open your farms and play. Please post any further questions or problems in that thread.

The map and all within it are not available yet. Has nothing to do with security. The developers have not completed those functions yet in the conversion of the game and that is why they are not available yet.

Hi charturner,
I moved your post to the News & Announcements thread about the HTML version of the game, since your post has nothing to do with the data sheets.
The developers are concetrating on getting the game working in computers for now and not working on anything for tablets or phones.
It will work on IPads if it is an up to date version. I have a version 4 and it will not update so won't work. I have a newer one and it does open in it with Safari.

That would be that your watermill is not showing. The developers are aware of this and will fix it.

I like everyone else has been so frustrated with the performance of FT. But I will say this I have discovered that Microsoft Edge was 95% of the problem. I switched to Chrome. It isn't my fav but it eliminated so many of my loading problems....... this may not be the thread for this comment but if it helps one soul that was about to quit FT try any browser except Edge
