HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

I moved your post to the HTML loading problems thread.

Are you getting any error messages in the FT Console?

Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also make sure your browser is updated as sometimes they do not automatically update.

You might try another up to date browser and see if it will work in that to help narrow down the problem.

Hi JoleneH,

When it does that, close the browser for a few minutes, then reopen nd try again and you should find it's fine again. If you have not already done what Taz recommended for you yet, please do those as well.

Not sure if I'm in the right section but since I upgraded my MacBook Air to Monterey 12.0.1 I am getting what looks like pieces of broken, shattered glass when I click on cooperative quest manager and my laptop freezes. I have memcached, restarted and shut my laptop totally down but it is still happening. Thanks for any help you can give me

I moved your post to the HTML freezing thread.

Make sure your browser is up dated too.

Are you getting any error messages in the FT console?


Try clearing your browser cache, close the browser, then reopen and load your farms again. It will be slow loading the first time as it has to download all the graphics again. Instructions if you need them are in the following link:

I'm still showing the latest update heading of 22 October, and am stuck on black screen. I have short crops due to run out pretty soon, I fear, though they were irrigated, so maybe I'll get lucky. My USER ID number ( 1763961666 ). I've checked everything you've listed up above and it's all okay, or as okay as it ever has been. I keep refreshing, but I don't know what else I can do.

The banner has not been updated yet. The release was just done tonight, so please be patient. I am sure everything is ok and your crops are fine.
Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.
