HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes

Hi all

In case you have not read the main post yet, Raul has updated it with the following information:

Post Release Updates - January 3rd, 11:45PM

- Fixes for fonts on most texts and screens, adjustments when zoom in/out in the browser

- Heavy farms should be faster to drag and operate

- Speed increase in most tools

- Keeping current tool selected while switching farms

- Activate Info Tooltip in Store with Stored amount (dans and belts info still missing)

- Tool Box changes:
a) Mouse wheel only scroll 2 places (like flash version)
b) Arrow scroll only one page (like flash version)
c) By default, when you open the tool box, it auto scroll to the bigger tools (like flash version)

- Bugfix: Fixed an issue that blocked the ability to use some crop tools after having used other crop tools, for example, using the Plower after Harvesting the farm.

If the other games did what Slashkey is doing, they would be still up instead of closing down. We need to be thankful that Slashkey loves this game that they created so much that they are migrating over to a new platform and I like the new platform.

Sorry but when i switched to html all i get is a black screen

Hi Myci

The first time you try to load the game using HTML it last a while as all graphics have to be loaded.

If you wish, go to your flash version and uncheck everythig for Show.... in your preferences and then try to load HTML version again.

If that doesnt work for you, then:

Which browser are you using? Is it updated to last version? Did you try other browser to check if it works for you?

Also if you have an extension added to your browser let say to get Facebook in the old version or any other extension added, then please remove one of them, restart your browser and check if the game loads in HTML5.

If you have more than one extension added you have to do the same with each of them.

I cant run the html5 version on puffin or google chrome, not sure why it wont work on my machine, is there something im missing? Vanna

Glad to see the first update already.

I didn't have the problem (27" monitor), but hopefully this cuts down on the font size complaint. That seems to be the #1 issue in these pages. Based on the time of the announcement sounds like the crew is working crazy hours to get this working.

I caught an issue not mentioned before. Animals in storage don't show pictures.

Hi lkendter,
I just checked and they are showing for me. Try changing filter to Animals and see if they show up.
