Not Receiving Gifts

I have been unable to receive gifts since the new website was released. I use facebook for this task and can send gifts. I have verified that the gifts I have sent are being received, but when gifts are sent as instructed since the new site was released, they do not show in my requests. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
