If you didn't register for the new website while the game was still in Facebook, then you need to contact Support team and explain them what happened.

You have to send an email to: support@slashkey.com

You will receive an automatic response only to let you know they received your mail. If you do not find the automatic response, then please check your spam folder.
After that, they will send you instructions on how to get your farms back.

Hi,
Jennifer told me if i emailed you for help. You might be able to help me. I have a second account of farmtown, that I cannot access. Facebook blocked me from the facebook account on November 1, 2021. I think i typed the wrong password too many times and then I could never get in, even though I tried multiple times 'on different' days to do so, using the last password I knew about. The farm has 905 experience level and is named martha. I don't know what other information you might need to help me access it on the new platform. The email that was attached to it, ceased to function shortly after I couldn't get into it on facebook.

The farm IS a friend of mine and of some of my other farmtown farms as well.

Hi Mbley

You need to send an email to support@slashkey.com and explain them what happened to your other account.

They will tell you if there is any possibility for recovering it.

Please check your email address as you will first receive an automatic response only to let you know they received your email. In case you do not find the automatic response, please check your spam folder.

Then they will send you another email with instructions or details.

I hope I am in the right place. My cousin hasn't played in awhile (before the slashkey site change. But she cannot access FT due to her memory loss. She is still my friend on facebook and has her farm in FT. How do I get her ID. Her email has changed and she can't recall it. When she goes to her facebook page and clicks on her browser line,, all she gets is this:

no id number in the browser bar.
If I visit her farm, all I get in the browser bar is this: https://apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/play/
She is Level 973, goes by Moose by is named Pan SIms recently changed back to her real name, Serenity Feathers.
She simply cannot recall her old email. She can get into her face book.
I hope I posted in the right place. You know me, always in the wrong place. LOL
She is set public on Facebook.
Any help you can give to recover her old farms would be appreciated.

I moved your post to the thread about problems registering your email.

If your cousin didnt register for the new website while the game was still on facebook, then she has to contact support about that.

If she goes to the first post, first page of this thread, she will find instructions on how to get his user id number and also there are instructions on how to contact Support team to try to recover her farms.


If she got registered on time but she doesnt remember her email address, then she can use her user id number and the password she used to register in the website to be able to load the game.

I email support@slashkey.com for an account recovery from Facebook days. I provided a profile link to my Facebook as it state ask for as well as the name of my farm which was billybob. This was the response I got “Thank you for the information you provided, i have found your farms.

One last step is to verify and recover your farms. Would you allow me to log in to your Facebook Account so i can do this please? I would need your log in details in order to do so.

This is purely for verification purposes with Facebook to make sure the account is genuine as anyone can provide links and ID numbers.

I did reply I don't feel comfortable with this idea of verifying my account while understanding they are only making sure the account gets to the right person but you can literally go on my Facebook and see I shared photos of my farm (which I did send as proof that the account was mine before the message above was sent by support)

Hi Alanwilliam,
The only thing that is going to help is to send them what they asked for. As I said it is up to you if you want to do that, but you will not get your farms back without it.
By the way the link you sent is no longer available and Facebook has blocked that link.
