For Raul notes for the New Release:

Post Release Updates - August 19th, 1:10AM

- Bugfix: When working other farmers facilities, sometimes the 'Work On All' or 'Refer Clients' buttons were disabled, so there was no way to work those facilities

- Bugfix: The 'Start Batch' or 'Load Batch' buttons were shown disabled when ingedients were missing, so there was no quick way of knowing which ingredients were missing and request those ingredients from friends

Is there something the developers can do with regard to requesting gifts on the bonus wall. 7 farmers today. Sometimes it's a lot more. The more word gets round that you can request 5 x gifts on the bonus wall the more farmers are doing it and it is frustrating. 35 gifts that could have been bonuses or ingredients. Soon the whole wall will be filled with framers asking for 5 gifts, it's getting silly.

That is the way the developers set it. If you want to make a suggestion please post it in our Suggestion section.

Wondering why when working facilities before and after the work both. That some sends to storage and then immediately pops up already worked. I do get the XP. This take double to time which is bad with slow internet. Happen on Regular and service faculties. Not every one just some and it is annoying.

Hi Jeanettes,
I moved your post to the thread about the wall requests. It is telling you that you have already worked some of those facilities on that person's farms or it could be telling you some of those facilities are already empty before you got there.

Thanks; but it is odd that each one says sending to storage and I get the XP's then it tells me I already worked righrt after before going to ext one. Example say it is 10 farms it flashes both messages that is 20 messages. 94 if it is 47 farms. . That is a lots of waiting when Farmtown / internet is slow. I am addicted so I will carry on.

For about the past month, there is a delay when clicking requests on a friend's farms. When I select a neighbor's request for help and begin clicking on their facilities, there is now a delay. After I complete a facility the earnings from helping stays on the screen longer and requires I click a second time to switch to the next facility. Since you are using these tasks for Farm Pass, it would be helpful to not have to click a second time. Imagine a friend with over a hundred facilities, the additional clicking is literally hurting my hand as I suffer from a condition causing bone loss in my wrist. In the past, I could click from facility to facility without any delay. It makes the Farm Pass goal of helping a friend even more tedious and time consuming. I hope this makes sense. Thanks.

We have had a few posts about this in the past months but we have not been able to reproduce the problem.

I know those farmers have reported this to Support but they couldnt reproduce this either.

Anyway if you wish you can contact Support giving them all the information you have. For example if this is happening with specific farmers, if you only get this with farmers with lot of facilities on the farms, if you start getting it slow after working many facilities or just since the beginning, etc.

To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
