Hi, Taz! I wanted to update this.

I did all that stuff and thought it solved the problem, but it didn't.

But I think I've figured it out? I had plenty of red ink for THAT facility, but not enough over all. So I added many, many ink factories. Now that I have an abundance of red ink for ALL the facilities that require it, my quilt factories are at 100%

I've seen this off and on before. Is it the case that if you don't have enough of an ingredient for the facility or facilities higher up in the production chain, it will not use it for the lower ones? Hope that makes sense!

Or am I overthinking it? Thanks!

Hi Ellsinore,
I can't tell you exactly how it works because I don't not being one of the programmers. All I can say is that sometimes when I don't have enough of an ingredient, the loading of the facilities can stop and not finish loading. Restarting your farms puts any of the bonus batch ingredients back in your storage and you can then continue loading. If that is still not enough then some facilities do not get loaded for those products. As far as the order they are loaded I have no idea.

Hi obyone,

The plum and pear trees can only be received as gifts from your neighbours. They have never been available in the store. You can exchange the gifts that you receive to get plum or pear trees.

When working my neighbors farms in farm request. It is holding old request up to 3 days it never us to do that. Can you please fix it i have several facilities and working my neighbors farms help fill them. I also have several neighbors.

Hi Tammy

Please check the 2 options you have in the Facility wall requests.
The first one you would have it checked.

But the second option if it is checked then will ONLY show posts from the last farmers who worked your facilities. So it is better to have it unchecked.

If that is not the problem then please contact Support team. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Hello, i am sending this information for about the fourth time maybe more.

not all of my facilities fill when using the facilities manager. the person who i have sent this to answered me and said my farm was working fine (which it is not) nor have i had an answer to my other several requests sent on the same subject.

i use the facilities manager and then i go and clear my mecache (everytime) and get an additional 2 million or more starts. i then sort by utilization and go to the bottom of the sort and i still have factories that don't fill. (todays example is window cleaning supplies) when i. check the materials needed i have all that are needed.

Please please please help me with this problem.
