Please help! Hoping you can help me so I can buy the $4.99 Farm Pass.

I've been trying to buy it since last night but it hasn't worked. I get the message that I have to wait 10 min, then reload and try again. On my most recent attempt the message said, "Farm Pass Purchase status unknown, please wait 10 min, then reload... etc."

When I reload my farm I'm getting the message, "It appears that your recent Farm Cash purchase was not completed successfully... etc."

If I go to the Farm Cash Store & click on Restore Purchases I get a message, "No purchases to restore."

Please advise & TIA for your help.

EDIT: I've cleared my browser & run the memcache, too.

You will not see anything on it going through theRestore link or the Farm Cash store (bank). You have to go through the Get Farm Pass link in the Farm Pass.


Please contact Support about this as we can't do anythingg about it through the forums. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
