It depends on how many tickets they have. They are not a 24/7 operation.

Besides I said your friend needs to send the email to them as that is the account that is affected and not yours. That gift was received by them but disappeared.

Edit: Please check your spam folder for the reply as you were answered. Tell your friend to buy another for coin as that would be a duplicate and will only cost coins. I would suggest they do so from a farm that is not layered and doesn't have a lot on it.

I have a goal for receiving Blueberry gifts. I've accepted two (and yes they were the "original" gift) and only gotten credit for one of them.

Hi Lisa,
I have no idea why you didn't get both of them. Did both of them show in the gift box? It would show 30 blueberries (15 each gift) if they were both in the gift box.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to correct this.

I am sorry, but we have no way to correct this. If you want you can contact Support, but they do not have a way to add any either.
One thing I can suggest is to exchange one for the blueberries and accept it, but don't store it. You can then go to gift box, click on More in the box for it and request another one. You can click on More 5 times and request one. That will go to the Other wall requests and your neighbors can send you 5 of them from there.

Will this method cause the blueberries to be counted towards that goal?

They would all be original, so all except the one you exchanged will count.
