Hello,

The farm does load but I never get the pop-up that you're supposed to click on to get started.

I have tried clicking on the other farms that show work and nothing happens.

I have registered and played through the new FT page and the FB page. I also use the FT wall to find posts. None of these work for her posts.

Hello,

I just tried again and when her farm loaded it showed a red circle with a line through it. When I put my mouse on it, it said I had blocked her at some point and did I want to remove the block(something like that) so I did and now I can do her posts.

I don't know when or how I would have done that we only became FB several weeks ago and then neighbors.

Hi michele37,

The methods to block a farmer in game are done using the ignore/report options in the avatar menu when you click on an avatar or by using the red ignore/report icons on in game messages or in the FT chat window.

Perhaps you did it by mistake and didn't realise.

You can also check who else you may have blocked in the past and may not remember, by clicking on the Account tab above your game screen and then clicking on Blocked Users. You can also Unblock farmers from there.

I custom my facilities for NCC and have noticed that sometimes one of the facilities does not fully load eg Peruvian Restaurant today. I have ample stock and after refreshing and starting all, it went to 100%. Does this mean I have to refresh in case facilities further down are not filling 100% as well?

Hi rodkay1,

Did you remember to Store before you filled your facilities?
Did you check the ingredient planner to see if there was anything you might be low on before filling them?
If you did not please check those before you next refill your facilities.

It's possible that you could be running short on ingredients as it sounding like you are filling them but then not able to get them to 100% until the extra products you are earning from starting batches are added back to your storage which would allow you to start more batches in those that had not reached 100%.

Error Saving Data. XLINK:
-Click Green circle to retry
-Click Red circle to reload

If I click green, just get same msg.

Also cannot work friends facilities via Wall Requests.

I moved your post to the thread about Facilities and Facility Manager.

When you load the game, the plug in the upper right corner is showing green or red? Do you see any error message in the console below the game screen?

Please be sure that the browser you are using is up to date and also if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac if you are using it.
After any update it is better to restart your computer.

Also, you can reset your router/modem for a minute.

You can run your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farms in all tabs you have it open. Then load the game again.

Also cannot work other's facilities in Wall Requests.

Also getting Disconnected from Server message every few seconds instead a minute or so if I try to stay in online mode.

Gotta believe these are alll related.
