Thanks for always replying so quickly. I appreciate how everyone is always quick to offer help.

For that job I completed (that you mentioned), it was not a neighbor or a buddy. I DID see the chest indicating a bonus. What I did NOT get was the Farm Pass bonus products. I KNOW it says a 50% chance of getting extra (fill in the blank) when being hired or hiring for... My experience, however, is that you DO get 50% more of whatever you're harvesting as a Farm Pass bonus. I got that when harvesting fish and chopping trees. I do NOT get that (ever) when harvesting trees, flowers, or crops, despite having way surpassed those levels in Farm Pass goals. Here are two screen shots. All I did was harvest the trees on these farms (non-neighbor, non-buddy) and I got no Farm Pass bonus (like last time when I first posted about this). This has never happened before.

For example, if I harvest trees, and get 100 products, the Farm Pass bonus would give me an extra 50 products. Without fail. Until now. Now, I get the 100 products, but not the 50. EVER.

Hi Christi,
You will not see the Farm Pass rewards extra as part of the bonus. It is included it the amount you harvest, so if you harvest 100 trees you get 50 from the harvest and a 50% chance to get an extra, but will be in the total for that and not shown as the bonus part. As I said you get a only get a 50% chance to get an extra. That does not mean you will always get it for every one you harvest.


If you wish you can contact Support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. Hi Christi,
We do not have access to anything with Support. I will contact sthem and see if they got your ticket and responded. If they have and you didn't get their response I will ask them to contact you again.


Did you check you spam folder for an email from Support@slashkey.com?

I did check it a day or so after I sent the message initially, but didn't see anything then. I just checked it now and I have a response from them. Thanks for reminding me to check again.

Here's their response in case anyone else has this issue (although, from what Rob says, that's doubtful).

Sorry for the delay, i have tested every scenario and could not reproduce it. I got rewards for all jobs i worked. Also, i have never had another complaint about this. so looks like it might be unique to you as i would think someone else would have noticed, they always do.

Try clearing your browsers cache files, and memcache. It will be a little slower to load than normal on the first load after clearing the cache, but will be much faster the next time.

For Memcache clearing:

Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

Thanks for the directions. I tried it, it did made no difference in Chrome or Edge. I will update Support. I'm guessing I will just have to wait until November Farm Pass is released and then see what happens then. Weird!

Question

What time US Eastern/Pacific time does the Farm Town "day" begin? Going to be traveling on US Eastern Time on the first and wanting to make sure I get the farm pass purchase done ASAP that day.

Also, is there a way to permanently set a font type/color or will that need to be done each time I post a message?

Hi Lisa,
The Farm Pass day starts at midnight Eastern time.


As you have been answered several times no there isn't any way for you to set the font type/color. It is set for all and there are no individual settings for those.
