I moved your post to the thread about hiring as it has nothing to do with the thread about buying, selling or trading.


Please first make sure you are on line in your game to see others in the job market.

Try changing your language to any other language through your preferences and click the green check at the bottom of the preference pop up. Close and reopen your farms, then change your language back to English (US), click the green check and then go see if you can see anyone in the market.


If that does not work please contact Support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Are there any bugs reported that when you get hired to work on farms the only tools shown are your own and not the one´s who hired you?

That there is some problem getting access to the "employers" bigger tools?

I have moved your post to the thread about Hiring issues. There are no problems that were are aware of. I have just hired someone who doesn't have the bigger tools and they were able to use mine fine.

Possible causes could be:

• they have not allowed use of their tools in the hiring window
• their bigger tools are not in their storage and are out on a farm

Today I was hired to work a couple of flower farms. Wall to wall flowers but not layered or stacked.

Three times while I was working I got thrown out to the my requests screen. I have no idea why this happened, I definitely did not click on the requests tab but only on the flowers, and no right-click popups appeared. Fortunately the rehire system worked every time.

My question is this: had I used memcache after I got kicked out, would that have compromised the rehire? would it have still worked? would the game still have retained my bonus?

Hi Sqrl,
You are asking questions we do not have answers for. My thought is the rehire request would not have worked if you had done cleared the memcache when that happened. At that point I would not do the memcache clearing until after I finished the job.

The really annoying thing is other people taking the jobs that you've been hired for. Just got hired for flowers and chopping, I hadn't got through 1 farm and someone else comes in and takes it all. No wonder people ask for solo work most of the time. It's about time we have a fire button in place. Or at least have a pop up saying to the employer this farm is already been or being worked on choose another/other farms. Or allow 2 or more people on the same farm but they have separate jobs, like the pop showing the jobs can disappear if they've been worked/working on for that farm.
