fodder refund?
How do I go about getting a refund for the fodder facility?

I moved your post to the thread about facilities. I am sorry we can not do refunds theough the forums. You will need to contact Support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours. To contact through the website: https://apps.slashkey.com/farmtown/settings2/support/ You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam. If you are having a problem getting responses from Support please read the information in the following link: https://www.slashkey.com/forum/showthread.php?t=644366

how do we work certain factories for neighbors if they are not in requests
Every time factories come up to be worked at neighbors farms like the japanese one this time they are not in the request page. How can we work them?

i have several facilities that don't fill when using the facility manager or individually. all products in all the facilities have the check mark by them. most facilities have enough product to start the items in the facilities.

What facilities are not filling? Try opening the facility and click to start one batch in each of the products and see what the text says you are missing? That will tell you what you are short of.

If you look at the Pending tab then it should show you that there are pending batches to be finished and possible some already done that are ready to store. It is not whether you have all the ingredients needed, but instead is that you can not schedule any more to be started as it is all ready set up with 15 days worth of pending batches. The edible shack can produce 4800 products in 15 days. The Pending tab will also show you how long before the next batch is completed so after that time you can then check to see if you can start a single batch.
