i bought and received 250 farm town cash but when i looked i had been charged for the same thing twice........ either credit me another 250 farm town cash or refund my paypal money..

Hi Jcloud,
I moved your post to the subject thread about Farm Cash. Unless you can provide a link to your current farms we have no way to check this.
The only thing I can suggest is for you to contact Support to see if they can check this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

I used to purchase Farm Cash with a Facebook Card. I don't want to use a credit card. Can Farm Cash be purchased with a Visa Vanilla Card.

HI goldendreamer,

Facebook set whichever payment methods they will accept and it can vary from country to country. All I can suggest is you go to your Facebook Settings, Payments section (you may have Facebook Pay) and see if it tells you what payment methods are accepted. If it's not listed, try adding it as a payment method and see if it will accept it.

When adding a new payment method Facebook may ask to verify your address so that they can apply any tax applicable to your local area which they are now required to do according to law.

I have sold crops etc as I did click on the product I wanted to sell. I some many coins were added to what I had. My coins never went up. Is there a glitch?

Hi Amazing Amber,
I have moved your post to the subject thread about coins. I am sorry, but we do not get data on product sales from the market. The only thing I can tell you is to first check how many coins you have total before you go to the market to sell. Then see what the amount is after you have sold. You can try restarting your farms as sometimes it does not update completely until the farms are reloaded.
