It sounds as an internet problem as you only get it at night.
There are many links between you and the Farm Town servers. If any of those links is down or has heavy traficc then is slowing down your data transfer. Unfortunately we have no control over those links.

And again I have a problem. Left the message on screen. Was playing and suddenly the message appear.

I eventually got into my various Farms, although it took quite a while. I suppose when next I log in it wont take so long.

Was able to remove the wasted section, and water the plants.

Hope when next I log in it will be easier.

Although I am getting into my farms, I cannot plant anything and some of the other sections dont seem to work. It also take quite a while for the farms to load. Hopefully the game will soon function properrly.

Hi Valerie Lyn,
What happens when you try to plant? This sounds like you are not getting the complete loading of the game.
Are you seeing any error messages in the FT Console when you load your farms?

When I try to plant sometimes some sections will plant then other sections it wont plant. I was looking but I did not see any error messages. When I log on tomorrow will check if any error messages come up and inform you.

Hi Valerie Lyn,
Also look for any kind of message floating up when you try to plant those plots. You may need to just delete all those plots (after all the crops are ready and harvested) and replow the whole section.

Below is a list of the farms I logged into and the problems:

farm time logged in time came up problems
1 11:37 am 11:42 am was able to plant some seeds but others with a problem
2 11:52 am 11:55 am no problem. planted seeds ok
3 11:59 am 12:02 pm no problems
4 12:04 pm 12:10 pm planted some seeds and had problems with other seeds. also had problems harvesting trees
5 12:14 pm came up quickly no problems
6 12:18 pm 12:25 pm
7 12:28 pm came up quickly had problems planting seeds and harvesting trees
8 12:31 pm came up quickly had problems planting seeds and harvesting trees
9 12:33 pm 12:38 pm could not select the seeds as it was moving quickly so could not plant anything
10 12:43 pm 12:46 pm was able to harvest plants
11 12:53 pm 12:56 pm no problem
12 12:57 pm 1:02 pm no problem
14 1:15 pm 1:23 pm no problem
15 1:31 pm 1:35 pm could not chop trees or harvest trees, or plant anything
16 1:38 pm 1:47 pm unable to select seeds as it was moving quickly could not plant anything

After I log into the other farms will advise if had any problems.

Hi Valerie Lyn,
This sounds like you are having an intermitent internet connection problem. The is nothing wrong with your farms themselves it is simply a case that your connection is dropping so what you are trying to do is not getting transferred to the servers.
Between your location and the Farm Town servers are many internet links. If any one of those are having problems with equipment or extremely heavy traffic use then it can cause you problems with the data not transferring to the game servers.
Unfortunately we have no way to monitor or control what happens in those links. The only thing you can do is to hope they can get it fixed, so you can play.

Also the rewards section, was unable to select anything as the items keep moving quickly

Hi Valerie Lyn,
In the rewards section of the Farm Pass when you open it it will move to the last reward you are able to get according to the points you have. There is a scroll bar at the bottom of that section that you can use to move back to the previous rewards to be able to click on them and claim them.
