cant log in
I have more than one farmtown accounts and I try using the 15 digit user number to log in. I cannot get into the new farmtown website.
I tried the email address way of getting in with no luck. I also looked for the link to fill out a support ticket. However I did not find that link. What should I do next?

I registered with Slashkey Farmtown but now I am unable to log on to the new system. I am most confident I am using the correct user id and password but I still cannot get in. Please advise what I can do? |

The ID number you gave is not the correct number. In your Facebook farms page look all the way at the bottom of your the page for User ID and that is the number for your account.

Log in at new site will not accept my password...it IS the correct password.

Password
I wrote down my password and even dated when I did it on March 7th. The new website is not taking it. Will it be enabled soon so I can change it. I am afraid FB will delete the game and I will lose my game playing since 2009.

If you remember having to restart the process and you could have used a different password than the one you wrote down and try that instead. If you don't remember, or those don't work either, then you will need to wait until a method is added to help you with this.
