I really am not sure if this is the right place but this is the second time this has happened and this time refreshing does not fix it.

When I go to the various places like the INN or where you hire players I am the only one there. FT just doesn't load any other player no matter what I do. I have tried going to another farm and then to the inn but still the same.

I am on Chrome but have tried Edge also and the same thing.

I tried hiring from my farm but the other player while there cannot be seen so I can't hire anyone at all!!!

Hi WingmanFarm,
Make sure you are on line (plug in top right is green).
Try changing your language to something other than English US in your settings, click the green check at the bottom, then restart your farms. Repeat changing your language back to English US and restart your farms again. Then go to market and see if you can see anyone.


If that doesn't work then you will need to contact Support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

Thanks for your reply. I did get on but I used AVG secure browser. The most common browsers Chrome and Edge should have worked but didn't so I will sent a message to support.

Hi Wingman,
Do you use CCleaner and have Kamo installed?
If so, please uninstall the Kamo as it can block the other players information so you don't see them.

If you don't have CCleaner it may be that your antivirus program such as Avast or any other online tracking blocker is not letting you see people at markets and you will have to remove them.

You nailed it. It was a new app I had installed and have uninstalled it and now everything is back to normal.

lately every time I hire someone at marketplace when click on the link to hire them the link wont take me back to my farm, very annoying as they get to my farm then have to take myself back to my farm and often they don't finish whether they get kicked off am not sure then have to get someone else

Hi amanda

Do you mean that after hiring someone and they accept, you click in "Great I'll go with you" and you are not taken to your farms?

I just hired someone at market and had no problems to go back to my farms with them.

Please clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a new list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have it open. Then reopen your farms.

Also, be sure that your browser and operting system are up to date. After an update, it is always better to restart your computer.

Off and on I have a similar problem. I hire someone, try click that I have things to do first and nothing happens. When it is happening, it happens for each person I hire. But since I'm not going to my farm right away I hadn't worried about it. It may happen one day and not again for a while or it may happen several days in a row and then a week or two with not problems. Since I hadn't seen any one else mention it, I thought it could be on my end.

It did cause a problem a few days ago when I was responding to a neighbor request in the Trade Market and couldn't respond to any of the options to add them to my list. Fortunately the person had sent me a private message asking if they could send a request, so I was able to take care of things. Next time it happens I'll give running memcache a try.
