Have you tried the instrucitions posted in the first post, first page of this thread to check your system and your computer?

Which browser are you using? Have you tried another browser to check if you can load the game?

Which computer are you using?

Game says it won't load due to wasm streaming compile failed and falling back to ArrayBuffer. It tries but white line on black screen doesn't get far. B-000, User ID 1707172118. Does this mean connection may be weak or slow? Thank you.

This is such a hassle. When will it ever get to where we can click on Farm Town and it will open, or will it ever be like that.

Are you using a Mac? If so which browser are you using?

Hi Sharon,
Please check if there is any update for Windows, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.


After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.

If you can't open the FT Console watch the "U" number in the upper right corner of your farms for the last number shown.

Also if you go to the first post, first page of this thread, there are steps to let you check your computer.

Please check if your chrome browser is updated and also close and restart.

If that doesnt work for you, then clear your browser cache. First time you try to load the game it will do slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Just to keep you updated, there is a fairly serious problem with any of the browsers and at least my mac, I am sure other's. Certain things crash my computer, like moving anything to and from storage, or clicking too fast. Just wanted you to know. Thanks for trying.

And one of you needs to get a mac. A LOT of use them. Might be a good idea to check.

Also what is the operating system version and how much memory does your Mac have?

I like all the things you have done but find it very odd that you considered doing all this work on Microsoft only. Mac computers are highly used and that should have been considered when working on the change over. Us Mac users never had these problems with Adobe. The crashing is very common now. It never used to happen. I have plently of memory and have the Gl 2 and I still get crashes on every browser out there and I have never used Safari. So it isn't that. Why were us Mac users just discarded. I have been playing since 2009 and have invested a lot in the game which I really love but when so many of us have issues, it is really a shame that not one could get a Mac and try and figure it out. Please consider that people like myself have invested money and 11 years in this game only to be told none of you use a MAC.
