so are you going to refund our money that we spent on locomotives that we can no longer use? this its the only time you ever FIXED a glitch like this so why would we think you would now?

What did you do on this update
It has made everything considerably SLOWER....Terrible. And yes, my cache is cleaned out. Please FIX IT

You can contact support about any refunds for engines that was lost or no longer can be used, nothing can be done through the forum. To contact support, click on the link saying "report/contact this app" that is on the game screen on the right hand side just below the ads, on the pop up screen choose the first option, then when the support ticket appears fill it out with as much detail as possible. It can take anywhere from few hours to a few weeks depending on how many tickets they have a head of yours.

Keep in mind that with the new release there are many more people on at the same time than normal. It should be better in a couple days after the numbers on at one time drops back to normal.
