Quests, Co-op Quests, NCC & Facility Chains

Hi, for some time now I noticed something that seems to me unfair in the NCC.
I have neighbors who work my facilities daily or even twice a day.
When I end up 1st,2nd or 3rd, I always thank the listed neighbors by clicking on the blue button so they receive goods in return.
BUT ... the ones who work my facilities daily are never (or almost never) there.
The neighbors that appear are the ones with tons of facilities, even the ones who never or very rarely work my facilities. OK they deserve something for owning a ton of facilities and contribute in my NCC, but the ones with less facilities and work mine daily or twice a day, never appear (or very rarely) and earn nothing.
I suggest to re-evaluate and extend this listing. Eventually look at the filters and adapt them so the ones who work daily can earn something too.

I often do coops and sell, but noticed some of then cant, because I am not connected to them but they are obviously connected to me I cant sell anything and often can help on 3 to sell, they come up to when doing the facilities, but when click on the messages their pic does not show, can this please be changed so can help

Make it possible to see what the quest is before you decide to accept it. I keep getting Quests and Cooperative Quests that require me to buy facilities I don't have, If we had a choice of quests we wouldn't be forced to buy facilities to complete quests.

A couple of suggestions for Quests and Co-ops:

QUESTS: Shorter time between quests, if your daily FP is to complete two Quests and you just started one, the next doesn't appear usually until next day so no way will you get two completed within the day (especially if part of the quest is for long term crops). Optionally, the longer crops/trees/flowers could be accommodated if when farming for others you counted those items as completed in the quest versus having to depend only on your farm.

CO-OPS: Shorter period for new co-op would be nice. Also, you have the "ticket" system for items not found, why could you not also add an option for the user to offer Farm Cash (not excessive, may one or two FC) to finish if they do not have the facility to finish but someone else does. I think this would help a lot, as many people I play with have a full list of quests but cannot finish because they don't have the facility.
