Using Edge, my default farm will load, but I can’t go to any other farms. My user ID number is 1793409352. Here is the info from Edge:

Hi Dana,
I moved your post to the HTML/WebGL thread about game too slow where it should be.
The more you load down your farms the slower things will get. That was even true in Flash.

The developers need to get all the rest of the features back into the game before they do any tweaking of speed and other things.

i am getting many errors before downloading farm and its not allowing to sow, harvest and plow. Errors received while loading frame, avatar missing and such, its hard to answer the quests in time when the farm is not loading correctly, andi have cleared my cache, rebooted and used ccleaner to clean the computer?

Hi Wolfman,
I moved your post to the HTML/WebGL thread about errors and loading problems.
Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac if you use it, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Also check if your browser is updated.

After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.



Also there are steps in the first post of this thread to check your computer.

Ft wont load on my new android tablet, please HELP! It either (finally!) loads an all gray screen, or (more usually) jumps to the previous screen when it gets to the [U60] Umbrella anyways...
Have tried many many MANY times. USER ID number ( 1495750248 )

I moved your post to the HTML/WebGL about loading problems.
First the developers have not worked on anything for tablets or mobile devices as yet.
The only things I can suggest is to make sure your OS is up to date and the same for your browser.
Also you can try the steps in the first post of this thread to check your tablet.

I moved your post to the HTML/WebGl thread about crashes. When you have a crash/freeze up please poist in this thread rather than the Game Migration Updates thread.
Are you getting this all the time or was this a one time error?
I can't duplicate it.
