I'm having the same problem as another farmer.
I have 2 other accounts that don't have trains but they are my super neighbors. The facilities are greyed out and I haven't been able to work all of them. I've cleared the memcache on both and the same problem.
the Services are ok.
Is this a problem with working them one by one with the new update?

I the Work or Refer button is greyed out on some of the ones I have to work but not all. The work that the mayor does is seems to be completed.

I cleared memcache and it seemed to work slightly better after (all were greyed out before I cleared, only about half after)

Hi All,
It is possible that those individual facilities are already emptied before you get to them, so there is no work left to do in those. So instead of a message saying there is no work when youy get to those the button to work is greyed out.
Can you continue beyond those?

There were still items left in the facilities. I had to click the X button to close the windows, it went to the next facility and either clicked X or was able to work. Continued until it was the Mayor's turn to work.

What makes a train fully diversified??

anyone else getting the working service facilities on x farm message and it not auto refreshing or showing any work you have to reload that farm and check the mayor has done the work??? its happened on 4 separate farmers fields

A train is fully diversified if it has at least 10 long cars on it and it is dispatched.

Is this with or without at least 2 trains?

Is there work on that farm after you refresh?
