My neighbor (USER ID number ( 1343870389) does not show up on my neighbor's bar. I have deleted from the Neighbors tab and have had my requests to become neighbors completed, but she will not show up in my neighbors bar. My USER ID number is 369495150064251.

When farmers are recent friends then it takes a time to facebook to update the lists to let you see them as neighbors.

To accelerate the process you can run memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm if it was open in another tab.
Then reopen the game and check if your friends shows up among your Neighbors.

Been hired to design for a super neighbor but when I move tools, facilities it does not "stick". Upon reload they revert to their prior location despite using freestyle edit green or purple tools?

This is a recurring problem.

This is a known issue and it is being tested by the developers.

While they find a fix for this problem, try to be alone on the farm you have to design then the changes will stay. If your superneighbor is with you then you will have problems.

Hi. Here's what is happening. When I log into FT, the neighbor of issue doesn't show up in the Neighbors Bar. However, if I subsequently use the map button to move in around, for example, to the real estate office or a Marketplace, the neighbor will appear in the Neighbor Bar and continue being included in the Neighbor Bar upon returning to my farm. If I restart my farm, the neighbor of issue once again removed from the Neighbor Bar.

Please contact Support about this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

i know that we can set a farm for our super neighbors to be able to edit and move that dot around as needed BUT when we are on a super neighbor farm and click the bottom right, it shows our farms AND a different red dot.

i have X super neighbor's dot set to my default farm, which is 2 BUT while i am on their farm and click the bottom right, when it shows my farms, i see a different red dot.

i've added the image with the image uploader AND as an attachment.
