Hi Ftjill,
I moved your post to the Hel & Support thread about the Farm Pass. We have not had anything from the developers about it being free this month. Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and checky again.

I just bought the new farm pass but the reward items on in my pass have not reset. for example it says that 'pork' has already been claimed. I have only just bought it 5 minutes ago. is this the new way or is it a mistake?

Hi badcompany_78,

What have you already tried? Have you reloaded the game and checked if that corrected Farm Pass yet, if not please try that.

You can if you wish also try running memcache. To do that make sure you are still logged into the website, then click on this link, when the new browser tab opens that's it run, close that tab and the game if you still have it open, then reload:

I did clear the memcache and browser cache before posting. Farm Pass is working - I just didn't pay for it.

Because Raul and company treat the players fairly I thought they should now about the potential loss to their revenue.

I will carry on with Farm Pass. I do appreciate this glitch has worked in my favour.

Good afternoon. I have a question regarding the 2x gift privilege. Since I have the yellow gifting machine, and receive 4x for each gift received, when I claim the FP privilege, how many gifts am I actually receiving for a single gift? (not referring to decorative items). Thank you

Hi Early Girl

Let say you receive a gift for Hen eggs.

You get 15 for the single gift.

As you have the Gifting machines then you would get 60 hen eggs (15x4)
And adding the x2 for the farm pass privilage you would receive 120 hen eggs.
