If you wish you can contact Support. I am sorry but we do not see anything wrong with your fuel.

To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

I have an acct named Kelly Adams. I have added more and more oil refineries in hope that I would start to accumulate fuel. I'm up to 23 refineries and still I do not see an increase in fuel storage.

I moved your post to the thread about Fuel.

Do you have enough oil pumps or Offshore Oil Rigs to supply 23 Oil refineries?
That means if you can fill them at 100% and refill them after posting them for your friends to work.

Can we have a 'farmer doesn't have enough fuel to complete your farms please allow them to use yours'. bit if they don't have enough fuel. I was hired for a good job but couldn't finish as I didn't have enough fuel and I used my quota for the day as well.

Hi,

Something strange happened: On many of my farms I can put facilities over each other wherever on the farm, using the green hand. I prefer to have facilities outside the farm area so that the center area is empty - use it for crops and trees and flowers.
Recently I bought a couple of news farms, these are 12x12, 14x14 and 16x16. I bought new facilities fir the new farms and, with the green hand, put them just outside the farm area.
Couple of days later I added new facilities, but I cannot place them in the same manner as the other facilities, outside the farm area and where necessary on top of each other. Also I cannot move or place facilities already there on top of each other anymore.
How come? At first it worked, then not anymore.

I have moved your post to the thread about tools.

If you are trying to place things on top of crops, trees, flowers or waters that is layering. I am sorry but we are not permitted to post instructions on how to do that or allow anyone else to post them as layering still causes problems.

The ability to place items off the edges of farms was not intended when the freestyle designer tools were released. This means that in some cases you can not always place an item off all edges of a farm. In some cases they will only go off one edge and not the rest, or it it could be that the existing layering is preventing it being place there.

What you can try as long as there is nothing else in the exact same spot as something else, is to rotate the facility and then see if it will place off one of the other edges, however that may also mean that you need a big enough clear space to set the facility down first before you can rotate it and then move it to where it will go off one of the edges.

Oh, yeah, I see. I remember now that years ago it was said layering is not advised. But since it is done, we do so at our own risk I guess.

I added those extra oil pumps 8 hrs or more ago. I just topped off the facilities also. I went to check the refill amount and it was only 604,000. I tend to go through about 5 mill fuel a day.

Hi Rockcandymountain,
Oil pumps do not give you fuel tanks. You get crude oil barrels from the oil pumps to make fuel tanks in the oil refineries.
What you were told is you needed more oil pumps so you would have enough crude oil barrels to fill the 23 oil refineries. Then the oil refineries need to have time to produce the fuel tanks for you to use to refill your fuel. It is not going to make an instant difference in the amount you get.
