That's where they all were - on Farm 48 - when I moved one set to storage. Haven't added anything to that farm since I put the 5 trains there. Moved one set to storage and can't put it back.

Hi NJones,
As I said buying from the store works different from moving things from storage. Storage moves are more picky about having space for setting items down. They may have been there before, but that doesn't mean they will fit back on it.

I don't see my response, Taz. Yes, there is plenty of space. That is where the train was before I thought to move it and had to put it into storage.

Hi NJones,
Please contact Support as we do not have any way to fix this for you. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.
To contact through the website:

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

If you are having a problem getting responses from Support please read the information in the following link:

Default Slow boosting?

What has happened with boosting trains? Clicking on them used to boost them immediately but now it lags a second like it's saving before letting you do the next one. Does it have something to do with the "boost all w/one click" thing?

Sure wish the trains were set up like the ships. Those can be sent on much faster and easier since the ship disappears instantly when you click on it and another moves into that spot.

Hi Grammie Ree,
I checked and I do not see any difference in the speed that boosts are completed. However, yes since the Boost All has just been added then it might be affecting the timing. Don't think anything can be done to fix as that was asked for.
If you want to make a suggestion about the trains working like the ships please post it in the Suggestions section where we organize those by subject for the developers to see.

Question Help?

Is there something I'm missing about placing trains on a farm? I'm trying to place a train on a bend in the track and it's not giving me the right "orientation". See attached photo. I want the train to bend around the curve behind where the caboose is OR around the curve to the left of the crossing gates.

Hi Lisa

The caboose is not the best option to go around a curve. It is always better to choose one of the cars which costs coins as they have multiple orientacions.

You can read about this in the following link from our Game Guide:

Question

I still can't find a car that'll bend around that corner in the farm.
It's farm 14/Aussie Sheep Station. ETA: NONE of the "long" cars work to bend around that corner. It's going to have to be a regular car (and this is a FC train). Can I mix farm cash and coin cars in a train??
