Hi Palmarina,

marymarcel isn't available right now.

It's possible that they may have some gifts from you and are using the "Send Gift Back to All" to send you one back. There no way for us to check that might be what is happening or how many they might still have now.

Ideally you want to make sure that you are not also doing the same thing...

You could try just storing all your gifts and not use the "Send Gift Back to All" , if that's convenient for you, then just send to those currently on your farmers lists and see if you get another one from them later on. If you do get one after that, it could be that they are also using the "Send Gift Back to All" to send you another gift.

OR

Before you use the Return to All, check if you have any gifts from them in the first 50 gifts, accept/exchange their gift for what you want and then store it. Then go back to Pending gifts and make sure that there are still no gifts from them before you use the "Send Gift Back to All". That would take longer as it might mean you would have to do it with more than one page of gifts if you have a lot of gifts in your Pending gifts section.

Also make sure that they are not on any of your ships logbooks, if they are on any of them, you will need to make sure that they are not on any logbooks for future ships you dispatch.

If it's not that either, then it may be time to contact support again.

I am not sure what I am suppose to do. I am doing the hiring in the job market. I like to hire farmers who need coins and xps. Most don't have the big tools, so I check the box for them to use mine. I ask why they don't use them and was told they do not see them. How do I fix it. JO

Hi Nikki,
I find for those who are fairly new and don't have a lot of tools do not understand that those are available when you allow it. I have had to explain to them many times where to find those. There isn't anything you can do but be patient and try to explain to them where to find them.

I have a super neighbor that I cannot plow on her farm. (It's a second account I've had for a very long time before I knew we couldn't do that!). One farm has the red dot on it, with crops, trees, etc and I can harvest and plow and add more plowing plots. The first farm (no red dot) is cleared of all but a few facilities, but I cannot plow at all on this farm. I've reloaded, checked to be sure the super neighbor stuff is all checked, but nothing. The farm was recently cleared of facilities (put in storage). I have bigger tools but it doesn't matter which tool I use to plow. The only thing that shows up is the single plow tool, but can't plow at all. There's sufficient fuel too. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Hi KnittyGirl

The red dot for a farm when you visit them, means you have design privilages for that farm.

The farm owner can only set 1 farm at a time with design privilages.

So your superneighbor has to click in your picture in the neighbors bar below the game screen and then click in Edith Superneighbor.

Then under Permanently Hired for Design option they have to change the farm for designing purposes.
Then click in the green check mark to save changes.

When you then visit their farms, you will see the red dot for the farm you have design privilages.

Hi Nikki,
The only way I do it is tell them to open the Toolbox and then I tell them what column the tool is in for them to use and what color or color it is.
