I moved your post to the thread about Facilities.

For your first problem with the Chicken coop, please provide your user id number.
Load your farm and scroll down the page since you see: Your Facebook id number is:xxxxxxx

For your second problems with a quest: be sure all the previous steps have a green check mark. If it is a long quest then use the bar to the right to scroll down and check.

If all the previous steps have a green check mark, then try to start the last step from your Facility manager.

If you still cant do that, then let us know which quest is that.

I moved your post to the thread about facilities. That usually happens if your game is loading something and you try to do something before it is completed or internet is not running up to normal speed at the time you are trying to do something.
Only thing I can suggest is try again.

THE NEW TURBO OIL REFINERY

I have a question about the new Turbo Oil Refinery which you are selling for FC$96.00. I noticed it is produced 3 times the oil but would that also reduce the time for release?

Okay, the regular Oil Refinery releases 17 units every 6 hours, so would this mean the new Turbo Oil Refinery would release 41 units every 2 hours? I'm thinking it's only fair that the time to release the units will be reduced as well to make up for the expensive price. Otherwise, it is no different than buying 3 regular Oil Refineries. - Just a thought that comes to mind.

All Turbo facilities produce 3 more items than the regular ones. The production time is not reduced for any of them.

If you want to make a suggetion please post it in our Suggestion Section.

To add to what Marymarcel said the Turbo Refinery allows you to have the equivalent of 4 refineries on a farm, so you are producing 4 times the fuel tanks in the same amount of time you would normally produce 1 batch.

Mayor not finishing last half of farms like he previously did under Facility Wall requests. This just started happening a few days ago. If a farmer wanted me to work 30 farms usually the Mayor would finish the last 15 farms. Thanks.

Hi Sally

Please clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have it open.
Then reopen your farms.

Next time you work facilities, then be sure how many farms the Mayor works for you.
You also have 2 dispatched train with a long car in each one.
