My super facility has not changed or loaded when I change it on Mondays and for the last two weeks It is stuck on the old one 3 weeks ago, I am not able to do anything at the trade market.

Hi Farmgalpatti,
I just checked and you have the Rubber factory that was updated on Monday. Is this the one you have had for 3 weeks?
It can only choose between what you have available that can be a super facility, so it may be that with a limited number of facilities available that it is randomly choosing the same one.

It's very frustrating when your super facility is one of the trucks, or any non-workable facility, and you go in to load a few so you'll be able to sell some product - which takes forever with the truck - only to find they are all over 100%. I know - someone worked them, but isn't there a way for the devs to exclude the super facility from being worked? Just a thought.

Most of my neighbors are frustrated with the trading facilities.. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt.. or not giving credit on Farm Pass. I suggest just getting rid of it and come up with something better

100002340925232 I chose the brewery, loaded my facilities and when i try fill my TW it said i had no SF... reloaded game,, it made me choose a SF again,, so again i chose the brewery,, G it to a few fields,, again TW said i had no Sf product,,, hit play reloaded game again and AGAIN it made me choose a SF choose teh brewery again,, same thing
--- yes have have tons of ingredients - so product was made

I was not able to reproduce your issue.

The game gave me 3 options, I chose 1 of them, started products and I was able to fill my Trading Warehouse.

Your data shows that you got the Brewery as SF at 03:44 eastern time. Your Brewery on your farm 1 is filled so you should have products for your Trading Warehouse.
If not, you can start new batches and see if they work.
Or if you still continue having problems, please run memcache and restart your farms.
