I am having trouble with click all facilities. I have 4 trains and have had no problem with it until today.....sometimes when I click all it works both service and facilities...other times it will work one and I get the "oops" message but I go back and then click the other it will work. I hope this makes sense. Garden goddess.

Hi Trina,
That oops message can, besides meaning you have worked them, also mean that there is nothing left to work on a farm that was previously available. They may too have refilled before you went back and worked that part again.

To help in regular facilities and service facilities on the same visit, you need to
have 4 fully diversified trains dispatched or ready to unload.

I have 5 or more trains dispatched at current time why am i getting this message Please fix

Hi Youlovetammy,
I moved your post to the Help & Support thread about the trains as this is a probl;em for you and not a suggestion for a change to the game. Please do not post problems in the Suggestion section. That section is only for suggestions to change the game.
The problem for you with the trains is you do not have enough of the long cars on those trains. For you to be able to work facilities and services on the same visit you need to have at least 4 trains with 10 long cars on each. You do not have 10 cars on each of those trains.

I do have several trains with 10 cars on them and they are dispatched i'm checking more now. So please fix this problem.

Hi ulovetammy,
I have cleaned your train data. Please close and restart your farms and see if that fixes it.
I had only looked at the trains on farm 1 before and now have seen the ones on your farm 11.

[color="Purple"]I have two regular locomotives with 10 cars each-one on Farm 17 the other on 15. When I open them it looks like ALL cars are on both trains. When I dispatch the one on 17 and the other on 15 is out, it gives me a message it cannot dispatch the train until the other one is u back and unloaded. one night it showed the one on 17 empty. The one on 17 has a cattle car, and I truly hope its not duplicating all twenty cars and giving me double animals! Why is it showing each locomotive's cars together when I open either train? They are on different farms. I don't recall them doing that before.
