Update: I was able to get a gift of FC and was able to buy the next few, but the 12x8 shaker still doesn't show up in storage.

It is missing. Check in the store for it and you should be able to buy a replacement for coins. Instead of the button saying Buy it will say Duplicate.

I used the purple hand this morning without problems.

Please remember you need an empty space the size of a pine tree to be able to place items.

If you want us to check on that, please let us know what are you trying to do and in which farm.

Now that buddies are in the mix for boosting trains could you put that the overhead cranes boosts the trains in one go. It will help loads.

Bought a checkout station and a forklift. They show up in my storage but can not use either of them in my facilities. Game says I need to purchase! Can you help me. I am not computer wired at all .Acutally computer illiterate. I need help!! I would like to say though that I do feel you all have done a great job in the transition of the game from FB to Slash?key..this is the first problem I have had. Thank You!!
