Hi Beth,
No as it does take time for it to get down from 106%. If you look in the box for those trucks it will show you the percentage that are at currently. Turning off the chicken does help as nothing more can be started for any thing in the truck with the Start All until the percentage pending is under 100 \%.

I am sorry, but there is nothing we can do and no it is not a glitch.
