Hi Daniel.

Crops go to waste in the same length of time it takes them to grow, so grapes will last 4 hours after they're ready to harvest. (A total of 8 hours from first seeding)

Use the plow tool. Plowing wasted crops is exactly the same as plowing harvested fields.

Been waiting for my pineapples to go 1% so it can be harvested.

Why does it seem to take longer to go the last 1% than each of the 1% that added up the rest of the 99%?

Crops will not go up in % while you are on the farm. You need to switch farms or click on play to reload the game to get the progress to show up. To expend on what Tony said:

2 hour corps each % = 1.2 minutes
4 hour = 2.4 minutes
8 hour = 4.8 minutes
12 hour = 7.2 minutes
1 day = 12 minutes
2 day = 24 minutes
3 day = 36 minutes
4 day = 48 minutes

Yep 3 day crops take 60 hours to grow (there are 20 hours in a farm town day not 24) so

60*60=3600 now 3600/100% =36 so each % is takes 36 minutes. The other ones I gave are done the same way.
