Current X025 Error

Hi,
Wonder if you can help.. over the last week a couple of friends and i have been experiencing a problem with "connection" when on a farm, we can be working fine then suddenly cant see each other and although green lights are on our chat looses names as if we are offline. We can move to another farm and problem solved but not always. Its very frustrating, has anyone had same problem. I have followed all the usual troubleshooting steps.
